Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates seeking to build a career in a regional support environment.

You will be responsible for handling customer and driver inquiries while ensuring timely resolution and maintaining service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone live chat and email

  • Assist riders and drivers with service-related issues in a professional manner

  • Resolve cases efficiently by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary

  • Accurately document all interactions in the system

  • Achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

  • Malaysian or Singaporean citizens

  • Minimum qualification: SPM / UEC / SKM / SVM / IGCSE or equivalent

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Good command of English (spoken and written)

  • Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage

  • Willing to work rotational shifts (5 working days per week including weekends and public holidays)

  • Basic computer skills and ability to multitask

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Salary & Benefits

Malaysia Project:

  • English Speaker: RM 1900

  • Mandarin Speaker: RM 2700 (inclusive of RM 800 language allowance)

Singapore Project:

  • English Speaker: RM 2100

  • Mandarin Speaker: RM 2900 (inclusive of RM 800 language allowance)

Additional Benefits:

  • Night Shift Allowance: RM 300

  • KPI Incentive: Up to RM 400

  • Shuttle Bus Provided (Johor Bahru routes)

  • Fully Paid Training Provided

  • 2 rotational off days per week

Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts (morning afternoon and night)

  • 5 working days per week

  • 2 days off (rotational basis)
