1. Instructional Delivery: Teaching Biology Chemistry and Physics across Key Stage 3 and your specialist discipline at Key Stage 4 (GCSE) creating lessons that are both rigorous and accessible.

2. Practical Inquiry: Utilizing the schools well-equipped laboratories to lead experiments that foster scientific curiosity and a deep understanding of the scientific method.

3. Local Integration: Incorporating local contextssuch as offshore wind energy marine conservation and advanced manufacturinginto the curriculum to make science relevant to students lives.
