Role: Operator / Packager

Location: Albuquerque NM (HQ in Houston TX)

Overview:

DVS Chemical is seeking an Operator/Packager for their Albuquerque facility. This position supports production and packaging operations involving chemical products. While the role does not involve direct handling of hazardous chemicals candidates will work with containers that hold materials such as bleach and other chemical products.

Schedule & Pay:

• Shift: Day shift (typically 7:00 AM 4:00 PM)
• Seasonal adjustment: Earlier start times during warmer months
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Overtime: Minimal (capped at 5 hours/week)

Candidate Profile:

• Comfortable working in an industrial/chemical environment
• Able to follow safety protocols around hazardous materials
• Reliable and consistent attendance is critical

Recruiting Notes / Challenges:

• Phone interviews are acceptable and preferred for initial screening
• Candidate drop-off has been occurring once drug testing is introduced
• Need to pre-qualify candidates early regarding drug screen requirement to avoid no-shows
