IT Security Risk Awareness Officer

Tasks

Contributing to a bank-wide e-learning program on security designed to enhance security and risk awareness with a particular focus on phishing / Designing and organizing attractive formats such as specialized training sessions workshops and continuing education courses aimed at raising awareness of the early and sustainable detection of risks posed by phishing / Shaping and further developing a risk-aware culture in the area of security that reinforces behavior and sustainably improves the decisions of all employees in modern work environments / Further development of the phishing platform / Group-wide analysis and evaluation of results regarding operational risks associated with phishing emails / Derivation of effective protective measures and promotion of dialogue on security behavior risk perception and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree / Continuing education in compliance or risk management or currently pursuing such a degree is a plus / Professional experience in HR or IT with a focus on e-learning / Interest in information security and the specialized topic of security and risk awareness including related processes / Analytical mindset with a team-oriented approach and strong communication skills / Service-oriented mindset and interest in influencing bank employees through risk-based approaches / Interest in a structured independent work style / IT savvy proficient in banking software and Excel / German (C1/C2) and English; additional languages are a plus. c
