Job Summary

We are seeking an engaging and professional Live Dealer to join our clients dynamic team. As a Live Dealer you will be the face of their online casinos hosting live table games such as blackjack roulette and baccarat. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced interactive environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Tasks

Host live table games in an online casino environment ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for players.
Interact with players via live chat creating a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere.
Follow gaming procedures and company policies to maintain the integrity of the games.
Manage game flow and ensure that all rules are adhered to by players.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure the live stream runs smoothly.
Handle player inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Provide feedback to management on player preferences and any issues encountered during gameplay.

Requirements

Previous experience as a live dealer or in a similar role within the gaming industry is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with players in a friendly and professional manner.
Comfortable working in front of a camera in a live-streaming environment.
Good understanding of table games such as blackjack roulette and baccarat.
Ability to multitask and manage game flow efficiently.
High level of attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays.
Bilingual or native speaker of Russian with excellent verbal communication ski Experience in customer service or hospitality.
Knowledge of additional languages such as English
A passion for gaming and delivering exceptional entertainment experiences.
