Tasks

• Assist customers with basic banking transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Support the bank tellers in balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies at the end of the day.
• Participate in training sessions to gain deeper insights into banking operations and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance Business or a related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
