1. AI Architect Agentic Systems (Azure AI Foundry)
- Core Technical & Architectural Experience
- Experience designing and delivering at least one production grade AI or agentic system on Azure (not just PoC/experiment).
- Strong understanding of Azure AI Foundry Azure OpenAI vector search and tool calling based architectures.
- Experience with LangChain and/or Semantic Kernel for orchestration plus LangSmith or equivalent for tracing and evaluation.
- Familiarity with emerging agent frameworks and patterns (MCP A2A) with at least some hands on experimentation applying them in real workflows.
- Solid grounding in REST API design & integration JSON schema definition and event/message-based patterns.
Productization Scale & Operations
- Experience taking solutions from MVP to productized platform including refactoring hardening and non functional requirements (performance reliability observability security).
- Hands on experience deploying solutions to scalable environments on Azure (AKS App Service Functions or similar).
- Experience collaborating with operations/SRE/DevOps teams to define runbooks SLIs/SLOs logging and monitoring for production.
- Familiarity with incident management and post mortems in a live production context.
Tooling & Collaboration
- Daily working experience with GitHub (repos PRs Actions) and Jira (backlog boards epics).
- Exposure to ServiceNow for change and incident management (even as consumer working with Change/ITSM teams).
- Ability to use Visio Figma or similar tools to document architectures sequence diagrams and interaction flows.
- Comfortable using Mural/Miro/whiteboard tools to drive collaborative design with distributed teams.
- Experience working in multi program environments where platform components are reused and versioned across multiple products/teams.
