Job Summary

Role: Epic Trainer (Ambulatory / Cadence / ADT)
Duration: 3 6 Months
Location: Fremont CA (Hybrid 3 4 days onsite 1 2 days remote)

We are looking for an experienced Epic Trainer to backfill a recently promoted team member and support ongoing training initiatives. This role will focus on delivering end-user training and supporting key Epic modules including Ambulatory Cadence and ADT.

40 hours per week
Conduct instructor-led and virtual training sessions for clinical and administrative staff
Develop and update training materials job aids and documentation
Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation training support
Collaborate with operational and IT teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer
Strong communication skills and prior healthcare/Epic training experience preferred
