Job Summary
Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and support complex enterprise projects and programs. This role will create key project management deliverables (such as project statuses plans risks & issue logs and executive briefings) and work closely with teams and stakeholders to achieve priorities and goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment. This position reports directly to the IT PMO.
Skills Requirement:
Strong working knowledge of PMBOK and Agile frameworks with the ability to plan and execute projects using either methodology and tailor approaches as needed.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with the executive presence to deliver clear status updates and produce high-quality leadership-level documentation.
Proven ability to resolve issues influence stakeholders negotiate difficult situations and maintain strict timelines.
Demonstrated ability managing technology vendors across the full project lifecycle ensuring performance tracking deliverables resolving issues promptly and mitigating risks.
Solid working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) while coordinating internal IT teams and external vendors for smooth technical delivery.
Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex web-development projects.
Experience with Waterfall Agile Scrum and Hybrid project methodologies.
Proficient in MS Project JIRA and/or similar tools for project planning and tracking.
Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong grasp of business and technology operations priorities policies and resource needs.
Ability to clarify ambiguous assignments and drive alignment.
Demonstrate high-quality customer service and empathy while managing within scope schedule and budget constraints.
Experience:
Bachelors degree in business information technology or a related field.
At least 8 years of progressive experience in project management consulting or technical project management.
Proven experience leading highly technical teams in the development and delivery of complex systems.
Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors and driving performance to meet contract commitments.
Experience working within a PMO preferred.
Certification:
PMP PMI-ACP CSM or similar certification.
