Software Tester QA Analyst 3 (QA Lead)

Job Title: Software Tester / QA Analyst 3 (QA Lead)
Location: 6900 Atmore Drive Richmond VA 23225 (Onsite)

• Define and own the overall QA and testing strategy across projects and releases

• Lead test planning execution and reporting for functional integration system regression and user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Develop and maintain test plans test cases test scripts and traceability matrices

• Coordinate QA activities across internal teams and third-party vendors

• Ensure alignment between requirements test coverage and acceptance criteria

• Manage defect tracking prioritization and resolution

• Establish QA standards best practices and test governance processes

• Oversee test environments test data preparation and release readiness assessments

• Provide risk-based testing recommendations and go/no-go input for releases

• 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance

• 3 years of experience in a QA Lead or Test Lead

• Strong understanding of SDLC Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools

• Experience in automated testing frameworks and tools

• Experience leading UAT and working with business stakeholders

• Experience in clinical healthcare environments

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Clear concise written and verbal communication

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset

• Occasional extended hours during critical testing cycles or releases

• Participation in release planning and go-live activities

• 5 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance

• 2 years of experience in a QA Lead Test Lead or similar role

• 3 years of understanding of SDLC Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

• 3 years of hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools

• 2 years of experience in automated testing frameworks and tools

• 3 years of experience leading UAT and working with business stakeholders

• 2 years of experience in healthcare environments
