Responsibilities

Write Test plans and requirements
Provide some QA support
Business requirements and technology requirements are written appropriately

Requirements

A business systems analyst who worked on infrastructure projects
Recently worked with either ServiceNow Salesforce (as a ticketing system) Sailpoint or Avanti
Helpdesk knowledge - Ticketing
Someone that can work independently
Someone proactive!
