Job Summary

MW Partners is currently seeking a Analyst of DTC Central FP&A to work for our client who is a global leader in the media and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with the monthly forecasting variance analysis and budget planning for assigned G&A functions and personnel expenses.
  • Financial Modeling: Build and maintain agile financial models that support workforce planning and resource allocation.
  • Proactive Analysis: Identify trends risks and opportunities early. Move beyond answering questions to surfacing actionable insights that influence the annual planning process.
  • Partner and collaborate with development and integration teams in the design and implementation of the new ERP system
  • Participate in the data mapping and/or validation processes to ensure data accuracy within the new ERP system
  • Assist with planning the migration of data from Oracle to new ERP system
  • Assists others by furnishing information and helping with basic problem resolution
  • Provide coverage for other team role responsibilities as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree required with 1-3 years experience or commensurate years of experience with 5-6 years experience
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in FP&A finance or equivalent quantitative roles
  • Strong communicator with the ability to moderate based on audience and demonstrate an ability to partner with a range of cross functional partners
  • Experience in a highly analytical environment
  • Strong work ethic and an acute attention to detail required
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Experience with Cognos TM1 and Oracle Financials a plus
