Mammography Technologist I

The Mammography Technologist I performs mammograms biopsies and bone density examinations (as applicable) in accordance with the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and American College of Radiology (ACR) guidelines. This position plays a key role in maintaining imaging quality and supporting patient-centered care as part of the direct patient care team.

• Perform high-quality mammography exams in accordance with MQSA and ACR standards
• Assist with breast biopsies and bone density procedures as applicable
• Ensure proper patient positioning safety and comfort during procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records
• Support quality control and assurance activities
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Uphold all safety regulatory and compliance standards

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R) Radiologic Technologist (Radiographer)
• ARRT-M Mammography certification (required within 6 months of hire)
• Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT) State Licensure
