OB/GYN Physician
Full-Time Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Physician to join a collaborative team of healthcare providers. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive continuous ambulatory obstetric and gynecologic care including routine and urgent visits preventive services and health promotion.

This position is primarily outpatient with no hospital-based OB or GYN responsibilities offering an excellent opportunity for physicians seeking strong work-life balance.

• Approximately 20 patients per day
• Deliveries volume:
  • 2023: 10
  • 2024: 105
  • 2025 (to date): 101
• Credentialing required at 1 hospital
• No robotic surgery available
• Strong on-site support team including:
  • 1 Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  • Nurse triage staff
  • Medical assistants
  • Front desk team
• Relocation assistance available

• Provide comprehensive ambulatory OB/GYN care
• Participate in practice call schedule
• Deliver preventive care and health education to patients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Submit patient charges in a timely manner
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Participate in peer review organizational meetings and quality initiatives
• Serve as a community ambassador for the organization
• Supervise clinical staff as needed and contribute to a positive team environment

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program
• Successful completion of USMLE
• Active unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
• Board certified or board eligible (must obtain certification within one year)
• Minimum 3 years of OB/GYN experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
