Job Title: AI Leader CX & Intelligent Solutions

Location : Los Angeles (preferred Torrance) (Onsite 4 days per week)

Role Overview

We are seeking two senior hands-on AI Leaders to guide and coordinate CX focused AI solution development for large enterprise clients. Both roles share identical responsibilities and expectations.

The ideal candidate is a practitioner leader with deep expertise in AI/ML and AWS capable of driving architecture decisions mentoring teams and acting as an AI champion for clients. This role also involves positioning Wipro Intelligence solutions and partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities (Must Have)

AI / ML Strategy & Architecture

• Define and drive architecture for scalable AI/ML solutions including LLMs Generative AI and predictive analytics
• Guide solution design from concept through enterprise-scale deployment
• Act as a technical authority and mentor for AI/ML teams

AWS Architecture & Governance

• Lead AWS solution design and governance including VPC architecture and network design
• Define and implement serverless architectures (Lambda managed services)
• Ensure adherence to AWS best practices for scalability reliability and cost optimization

AI Security Privacy & Ethics

• Establish data privacy guardrails and responsible AI frameworks
• Ensure compliance with AWS security controls including IAM GuardDuty and monitoring best practices
• Partner with security teams to mitigate AI and data risks

Cloud & Data (AWS)

• S3
• SageMaker

AI / ML & GenAI

• Hands-on experience with PyTorch TensorFlow LangChain
• Strong understanding of LLM-based architectures and GenAI patterns

Programming

• Python (5 8 years) with strong hands-on development experience
• Proven ability to perform code reviews and technical mentoring

Delivery & Leadership

• Experience taking AI solutions from PoC to enterprise production
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions

Certifications (Preferred)

• AWS Solutions Architect Professional
• AWS Data Engineer
