Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Network Engineering Manager on behalf of our client in Boston MA. This role is responsible for leading the design standardization and governance of enterprise network infrastructure with a strong focus on SD-WAN advanced routing and Network Access Control (NAC).

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in large-scale network architecture along with the ability to mentor teams and drive strategic initiatives across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and global deployment of SD-WAN solutions ensuring scalability resiliency and optimized traffic management

• Design and implement Network Access Control (NAC) strategies using Cisco ISE aligned with Zero Trust principles

• Architect and manage hybrid and multi-cloud networking across AWS Azure and on-prem environments

• Develop hub-and-spoke and transit network architectures to support global operations

• Define and implement network segmentation strategies across campus data center and cloud environments

• Oversee voice and contact center networking including SIP call flows and cloud-based telephony solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on disaster recovery compliance and performance optimization

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in network engineering and architecture within enterprise environments

• Strong expertise in SD-WAN technologies preferably Palo Alto ION

• Advanced knowledge of Cisco routing and switching including complex BGP environments

• Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE (NAC) including 802.1X and MAB authentication

• Proven experience in cloud networking including AWS (Direct Connect Transit Gateway) and Azure (ExpressRoute VNet Gateway)

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and define network standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based voice solutions such as Zoom Phone and SIP technologies

• Industry certifications such as CCNP CCIE or cloud certifications
