Position Summary Responsible for integration testing deployment and field support of multidisciplinary systems (mechanical electrical and software).
Acts as a customer-facing technical lead supporting R&D-related projects and managing customer interactions throughout deployment and operation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead customer-facing technical activities acting as a focal point between R&D/Operation and the customer
Perform installation integration and commissioning of systems at customer sites (domestic and international)
Provide on-site technical support troubleshooting and system repair
Manage and execute in-house repairs and maintenance activities
Conduct system testing (functional communication software and hardware)
Deliver system demonstrations and operational training to customers
Prepare reports document faults and provide feedback to R&D teams
Support deployment upgrades and operational activities in the field
Knowledge Skills & Abilities Strong problem-solving and system-level thinking
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Customer-oriented mindset with project ownership
High sense of responsibility
Education & Experience 2 5 years of experience in system integration testing or field service
Strong understanding of electronics and ability to read schematics
Experience with communication protocols (TCP/IP RS232/RS485)
Understanding of mechanical systems
Experience with test equipment (multimeter oscilloscope advantage)
Experience with Embedded systems / Linux advantage
High-level English (spoken and written)
Willingness to travel internationally
