Job Summary
Job Summary:
- Serve as an Accounting Advisory Contractor on a hybrid W2 basis (local applicants only)
- Enhance and streamline monthly close and reconciliation processes
- Lead and support account reconciliations and financial reporting activities
- Partner with accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate close execution
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements and internal controls
- Provide operational accounting support across the organization
- Offer guidance and best practices to improve close efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align accounting processes with business needs
- Utilize strong experience with operational accounting and NetSuite (highly preferred)
- Apply expertise at the Associate Director/Director level in a fast-paced project-based environment
- Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
