Job Summary
Storeroom Attendant is an individual contributor positioned within a customers location to fulfil daily receiving stocking issuing and cycle counting of customer and/or Vallen inventory. They are responsible for maintaining a professional clean and organized work environment.
Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm unpaid lunch Weekend OT on occasion
-Temp to hire.
-PLEASE NOTE: candidates that previously worked at Trane are not eligible for this position due to site policy.
-No forklift.
-Main duties will be support for nonstock buyers and new stock set up position:
Working with Smartsheet order trackers
Contacting vendors by phone and/or email for updates on purchase orders
Receiving nonstock items
New stock location updates.
-May assist with inventory and cycle counting down the line.
-Customer service skills required
-Computer skills required
-Will be lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally
-This location is heated and air conditioned.
-Steel toed shoes required
