Project Description
The ETS Business Systems Delivery (BSD) Customer Engagement Pega department supports manages and implements a portfolio of ETS system capital initiatives with our Customer Operations Electric Operations and Customer Energy Solution business partners.
This ETS team supports each initiative from conception to implementation and provides the necessary ETS support required to either enhance existing systems create or enhance interfaces and or design develop test and implement new applications.
The Customer Engagement Pega Team is looking for a senior Technical Project Manager with strong communications skills to work with our existing ETS delivery team to design develop test and implement key functional enhancements based on business requirements from our product owner and regulator.
The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills can help foster relationships facilitate and coordinate standard project operations and support and drive excellence.

Required Skillset
Strong knowledge of project management and software development methodology and tools: Agile Waterfall Scrum SDLC DevOps SaFE
Experience leading and mentoring IT project teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to react/produce in an Agile project atmosphere.
Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive business requirements documents and detailed user stories.
Proficient in documenting and communicating project progress against established plans and implementing corrective measures as needed.
Ability to manage the success of metrics defined by the project and the organization.
Ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
Ability to define implement and maintain project process guidance (e.g. project plan and subordinate plans) tailoring organizational processes as needed in collaboration with Scrum Master.
Ability to ensure teams adherence to project processes and best practices identified in collaboration with Scrum Master.
Ability to identify clarify and resolve issues and risks escalating them as needed.
Ability to negotiate changes to commitments/requirements.
