Role - JD Sr Counsel - Privacy
Job Responsibilities Descriptions:
- Is able to deliver on the following scope of work independently. Specifically is tasked with handling more
ambiguous or multifaceted problems requiring critical thinking and innovative approaches including involved in
cross-functional collaboration: - Privacy assessments including privacy impact assessments data transfer impact assessments legitimate
interest assessments
- Management of records of personal data processing activities
- Contracting support for privacy subject matter areas mainly data processing and data transfer agreements
- Research and analyses on matters of regulatory compliance
- Data subject request intake and execution
- Privacy notices privacy policies and procedures

to make decisions within their own responsibilities. - Facilitates escalations to leadership where needed/defined
- May take responsibility for smaller projects. - Drives DPDA implementation at the local office. - Communicates with mid-level stakeholders and adapts communication styles for different audiences. Presents
complex insights in a digestible manner.
