Remote & Flexible Independent Pathway

Overview

This independent remote pathway is designed for experienced professionals who want to build a more flexible way of working in a structured professional environment.

This is a self-employed/independent setup (not a salaried position).

Youll be building an independent self-employed activity — with real ownership and autonomy.

At the same time you wont be starting from zero: youll work within a proven framework that has been refined over many years with ongoing training guidance and support.

You follow clear structure and proven processes — and then apply them in a way that fits your strengths and working style.

Location Requirement (Important)

You must currently live in and be able to invoice self-employed from one of the following locations:

Canada the USA Switzerland Europe the UK Australia New Zealand.

Applications outside these locations will not be considered.

What You Will Be Doing

• Follow a clear onboarding and operating structure
• Hold structured phone/video conversations (no cold outreach)
• Participate in weekly professional group calls
• Create and publish simple online content
• Learn and apply digital marketing basics (training provided)
• Use simple systems and follow-up processes
• Engage in ongoing leadership and personal development
