Job Summary
Tam Transportation Company Inc. is hiring reliable and responsible FedEx Delivery Drivers to join our team! As a key part of our operations youll deliver packages safely and on time while providing outstanding customer service.
**No CDL Required**
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver packages on assigned routes.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries loading/unloading packages as needed.
- Plan efficient routes and follow all traffic and safety laws.
- Verify delivery documentation and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Report any issues accidents or vehicle malfunctions promptly.
- Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 with a valid drivers license and clean record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to pass background and drug screening.
- Prior delivery/courier experience preferred.
- Strong time management organization and communication skills.
- Physically able to lift up to 150 lbs and handle packages safely.
Pay and amp; Benefits:
- Pay: Up to $175/day ($150 base $25 bonus for timely pickups)
- Stop Bonus: $1.20 per stop over 130 (city) $1.30 per stop over 120 (rural)
- Additional Pay: $0.50 per package $25 daily bonus for on-time pickups and good attendance
- Weekly Pay and amp; Paid Training
- 1 Week Paid Vacation after 1 year of service
- Schedule: 6 days in a week.
