Job Summary: The ELV & MEP Division Manager will oversee the planning execution and delivery of all ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) and MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) projects. This role ensures compliance with design standards project schedules budgets and client requirements. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong leadership and project management skills to drive operational excellence across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Division Leadership
Lead and manage the ELV & MEP division including project teams engineers and site supervisors.
Develop division strategy aligned with company goals and market demands.
Ensure resource planning and allocation across projects for optimal efficiency.
2. Project Management & Execution
Oversee project planning scheduling and execution for ELV and MEP systems.
Monitor project budgets costs and timelines ensuring targets are met.
Ensure compliance with local regulations construction codes and client standards.
3. Technical Oversight
Review and approve project designs drawings and technical documentation.
Ensure adherence to quality safety and performance standards in ELV & MEP systems.
Provide guidance on technical issues risk mitigation and troubleshooting.
4. Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients consultants contractors and authorities.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure repeat business.
Conduct regular project review meetings and report progress to senior management.
5. Team Development & Performance
Mentor coach and develop engineers and project managers within the division.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement professional development plans.
Promote a culture of collaboration accountability and high performance.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Electrical or Electronics Engineering; Master’s preferred.
Experience:
10–15 years in MEP/ELV project management with at least 5 years in a managerial or division head role.
Proven experience in managing large-scale ELV (CCTV BMS Access Control Fire Alarm) and MEP projects in.
Strong experience in project budgeting scheduling and contract management.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
Deep technical knowledge of ELV & MEP systems and integration
Familiarity with construction codes regulations and standards
Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantagea
