Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement activities including sourcing supplier coordination and purchase order processing
Obtain quotations evaluate supplier proposals and support negotiations on pricing and terms
Process purchase requests and generate purchase orders in ERP/SAP systems
Maintain supplier databases and monitor supplier performance
Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and procedures
Coordinate transportation shipment and delivery of materials and equipment
Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure accurate documentation
Liaise with freight forwarders logistics providers and internal stakeholders
Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistics-related issues
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
Support procurement and logistics functions through effective coordination and follow-ups
Work closely with internal departments and warehouse teams to align material requirements and delivery schedules
Maintain accurate records of procurement and logistics transactions and prepare reports as required
Assist in monitoring KPIs performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in team performance reviews and development planning
Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental objectives

Requirements:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Logistics or a related field

Experience

3–5 years of experience in procurement logistics or supply chain operations
