Job Summary
Position :Assistant Manager – Legal
Location : Hyderabad
Roles and Responsibilities :
Contract Management
Draft review and negotiate supply distribution licensing and R&D agreements.
Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and company policies.
Regulatory Compliance
Monitor pharmaceutical laws drug regulations and industry guidelines.
Support compliance with FDA CDSCO and other regulatory authorities.
Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Assist in managing litigation arbitration and dispute resolution matters.
Coordinate with external counsel and prepare documentation.
Corporate Governance
Support board resolutions shareholder agreements and statutory filings.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other corporate laws.
Risk Management
Identify potential legal risks in business operations.
Conduct legal due diligence for partnerships mergers and acquisitions.
Advisory & Training
Provide legal advice to business units on day-to-day operations.
Conduct training sessions on compliance anti-bribery and competition law.
Qualification:LLB (LLM preferred).
4–6 years of corporate legal experience preferably in pharma/healthcare.
