Job Summary
Hourly Rate: $18.84
DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
To support International Subsidiaries by processing and managing parts orders including order entry research and fulfillment in the Oracle system and help ensure accurate processing timely shipments and proper documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Work with each international Pride subsidiary on daily lead-times of parts stocked at the Duryea facility
Enter orders of International OEM and Duryea facility stock parts into Oracle system
Research parts to determine manufacturer and enter order accordingly into Oracle system
Generate 50% of ship confirmation for international part orders to Subsidiaries
Generate 50% of commercial invoices for part shipments to International Subsidiaries
Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
Focus on continuous improvement and provide recommended solutions as it relates to process and procedures
Consistently demonstrate good business judgment especially as related to negotiating and closing sales
Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS
Must be a team player friendly professional detail-oriented and honest
Must have the ability to:
Multi-task problem-solve and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
Learn and perform a detailed analysis of data using formulas in Microsoft Office Excel
Must have:
Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Excellent web navigation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS
Basic working knowledge of Oracle preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year of customer service and/or office administration experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year of supply chain experience in a warehouse inventory environment preferred
At least 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheets preferred
Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred
REQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED
PREFERRED EDUCATION
Associate degree preferred
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
