Job Description

As a Saturday Assistant at NTS Finish in Bergeijk you will strengthen our team every Saturday from 07:30 to 12:00. You work with a short break from 09:30 to 09:45 which means over four hours of meaningful work in a real production environment. No technical background required just a willingness to do something useful and get your hands dirty. Well teach you the rest!

Your tasks will vary but think of: cleaning the production floor with a ride-on scrubbing machine packing and preparing products and parts for shipment performing masking work on parts or assisting our sprayers and powder coaters. Every Saturday is different and thats what makes it interesting.

Furthermore your tasks include:

• Ensuring the cleanliness of the production floor;

• Performing simple production tasks tailored to your skills;

• Performing masking work on parts with precision and focus;

• Packing sorting and preparing materials and products for shipment;

• Supporting colleagues with various tasks;

• Contributing to a safe and well-organized workplace for the whole team.

Requirements

• You are at least 16 years old;

• You are available on Saturdays from 07:30 to 12:00;

• You enjoy getting your hands dirty work accurately and are reliable;

• You are a team player who collaborates well with colleagues;

• You speak and understand Dutch in speech and writing.

• All-in gross hourly wage of 21.00 per hour (including holiday pay shift premium and vacation pay) totaling over 80 gross per Saturday morning;

• Weekly payment so no waiting months for your money;

• On-call contract with no fixed obligations you decide when you are available;

• Possibility to work extra hours during weekdays or school holidays if you wish;

• Travel allowance of 0.21 per kilometer (max. 50 km one way).
