Caregiver (PCA, HHA, CNA) On-Call

Are you a caregiver who likes to work with aging adults and helping them with their daily activitiesHastings Assisted Livinga Cassia communityis hiring aCaregiver (CNA HHA PCA)to join our team.

As a Caregiver you will assist residents with daily living tasks mobility and medication administration while promoting independence maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a respectful team-based care environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting aging adults values teamwork and treats residents families and colleagues with dignity and respect.

Position Type: On-Call

Wage Range: $19 - $23 /hour depending on experience.

Location:901 West 16th Street Hastings MN 55033
Landmarks: Hastings Assisted Living is less than 5 minutes from Hastings Golf Club & Events and Vermillion Falls Park!

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assistresidents with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Assistwith mobility and transportation care.
• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Document services performed on client service sheets and on medication administration sheets.
• Displayan attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents families and staff.
• Functionas a team member with other staff in the performance of duties.

• Interest and passion for caring for the elderly.
• Preferred but not required - experience working with aging adults.
• Must be 18 years or older.
