What Youll Do

• Assemble and test complex electrooptical systems including VCSEL devices in an advanced cleanroom manufacturing and R&D environment

• Operate semiconductor process equipment such as pickandplace AuSn reflow soldering wirebonding epoxy die attach and electrooptical test systems

• Perform laser alignment characterization and troubleshooting at the component and system level

• Support process sustaining and new process development in collaboration with Engineering

• Contribute to yield throughput and process improvements using SPC and production tracking tools

• Support quality activities including DMRs FAIs inspections and product packout

• Assist with equipment setup calibration and preventive maintenance to ensure highquality manufacturing operations

What You Need

• High School Diploma with 35 years of experience in electronics semiconductor processing or cleanroom operations OR a recent graduate in Electrical Mechanical Computer or Materials Engineering

• Experience working from detailed technical drawings Work Instructions and process documentation

• Handson experience with precision measurement tools and electrooptical test equipment

• Strong attention to detail excellent manual dexterity and outstanding visual acuity

• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision while collaborating effectively in a team environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and strong written and verbal communication skills

• U.S. Citizenship required due to facility access restrictions
