Develop and execute automated test protocols for the companys solid-state batteries including software and data acquisition systems that enable real-time quality monitoring and fault detection. Define and implement robust testing strategies and requirements for battery cell evaluation in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Design and optimize automate test systems including test fixtures and electrical interfaces to streamline data collection and analysis for solid-state batteries production. Establish test protocols aligned with process control and product validation goals. Conduct root cause analysis of test failures and variability to improve yield reliability and process control in battery testing and validation. Translate product and process requirements into standardized test procedures ensuring repeatability and accuracy in battery performance evaluation. Automate test sequences and reduce manual interventions. Establish feedback loops to rapidly detect anomalies in production and drive corrective actions. Support tooling documentation and feedback cycles to refine test architecture across production shifts. Build and maintain databases and dashboards to track performance metrics and improve decision-making. Support rapid product and process development efforts by enabling quick deployment of test solutions for new product introductions regional adaptations and custom configurations. Manage test variants for different product lines and regional configurations ensuring documentation and traceability. Requires Masters degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Engineering Industrial Engineering Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering or related. Must have 24 months of experience in an occupation related to Electrical system development implementation and testing. Experience must include 24 months in/with the following: Development of diagnostic tools and test infrastructure for electrical system testing and characterization; Development and execution of automated test systems; Battery system integration and evaluation; Electrical behavior analysis including circuit analysis DC (Direct Current) and AC (Alternating Current) analysis; Electrical instrumentation and measurement methods involving voltage current resistance and power; and PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) testing and board-to-system electrical interface validation.
