Als Director steuerst Du hochkomplexe Transaktionen und arbeitest mit führenden institutionellen Investoren auf höchster Ebene zusammen.

• Steuerung des gesamten Transaktionsprozesses vom Mandat bis zum Closing
• Erstellung professioneller Investment Memoranda und Cash-Flow-Modelle
• Identifikation von Off-Market Opportunities

Das wünschen wir uns:

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Immobilienwirtschaft BWL Finanzwirtschaft) oder Immobilienökonom (m/w/d)
• Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Healthcare Investment mit nachweisbarem Track-Record
• Etabliertes Netzwerk zu institutionellen Investoren und Asset Managern
• Herausragende Akquisitionsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick auf höchstem Niveau
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen nationalen Reisen
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel PowerPoint)
