Were looking for an Allocator Analyst to support the Planning team on all initiatives. This role helps ensure smooth inventory order management forecast and reporting and outstanding service delivery.

This is your chance help ensure the right inventory balance across Brazil supporting commercial performance and excellent service delivery.

About the Job

Your main duties depending on the role and seniority level may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Run replenishment processes for retail doors and manage the end-to-end ordering process for all products and materials.
  • Support the Planning team in maintaining a balanced inventory and assortment across the cluster.
  • Partner with the Brazil Planning team to execute plans and achieve inventory and sales targets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for SR and Outlet stores within the cluster.
  • Monitor inventory at store and cluster level and manage inter-store transfers including end-of-season processes.
  • Track performance and ensure that all relevant KPIs are met.
  • Act as a system expert and generalist providing ad hoc analysis and operational support to the cluster team as needed.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Accounting or a related field.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • 1 years of experience in inventory management order management forecasting and reporting.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Demand Planning Merchandising Supply Chain and Retail teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and financial metrics to support decision-making.
  • High learning agility and ability to quickly adapt to new systems tools and ways of working.
  • Genuine interest in Planning and Merchandising with a strong desire to build expertise in these areas.
  • Curiosity to dive into data and understand root causes and impacts.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective trusting relationships across teams.
