System Administrator (Azure Entra ID)

System Administrator

Responsibilities

Support Azure cloud PaaS environments specifically Azure Container Apps (ACA) Service Bus Event Grid KeyVault Redis and associated technologies
Maintain Windows (2022/2025) and Linux (Oracle Linux 9) Operating Systems
Troubleshoot problems reported by users analysts and engineers
Support day-to-day operations and application deployments utilizing Azure DevOps pipelines
Support troubleshooting on SaaS applications including participating in incident response activities
Coordinate with other Engineers Support and other stakeholders to provide technical solutions and improve overall technical health
Improve resiliency best practice standards and efficiency for Gordian applications
Create and maintain documentation

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of Azure cloud environments
Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Active Directory
Experience with Linux (Oracle / RHEL) and docker
Experience with EntraID
Experience with Ansible and other automation tools
Strong troubleshooting skills
