Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for an auto-offer opportunity in a fast-paced acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience and the ability to adapt quickly to unit workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in Med/Surg Telemetry units
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Adhere to all clinical safety and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience (prior to travel assignments)
• Active Ohio RN License or Compact State License (must be in hand)
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical communication and critical thinking skills

Timekeeping System:

• Experience with time tracking systems such as Lotus/Qualivis preferred

Vaccination Requirements:
