Location: Rochester NY 14626
Duration: 13 Weeks (High possibility of extension)
Shift Details:
- Night Shift: 3x12 Hours (07:00 PM 07:00 AM)
- Includes 30-minute unpaid break
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (MS/Tele) for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills flexibility to float across units and experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health records
- Adhere to all clinical and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Active New York State RN License
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required
- Experience with EPIC charting system (required)
- Willingness to float between units including MS ICU and ED as needed
- Availability to work every other weekend (EOW)
Additional Information:
- Candidate must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rate
- Strong adaptability and teamwork skills are essential
