This role serves to assist Claim Examiners and Claim Specialists with various administrative claim processing tasks.

What Youll Do:
- Claim file setup.
- Back up to W9 collection and processing.
- Claim file document organization and updates.
- Claim task and activity creation.
- Completion of various investigation tool searches.
- Notification of information updates to claim handlers.
- Responding to generic inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Ensures a level of customer service that meets and exceeds customer expectations over the phone and through written communication.
- Delivers on commitments to internal and external customers by providing follow-up and follow-through.
- Ability to learn various software applications integral to claim processing.
- Embraces change maintains a positive work environment and actively engages in an ongoing learning culture.
- Excels in accuracy and quality and views these skills as critical to the success of ongoing relationships with our customers and coworkers.
- In rare circumstances may be required to provide testimony under oath on claims in litigation.

What Youll Bring:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook Word and Excel.
Nice to Haves:
- Three to six months related experience and/or training
- General insurance and jewelry industry knowledge gained through courses and continuing education
- Proficiency in Guidewire software
