We are seeking a Water Restoration Technician to perform water mitigation services ensure quality work on job sites and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on role requiring strong work ethic attention to detail and the ability to follow processes in a fast-paced environment.

As a Water Restoration Technician with SERVPRO you will be responsible for:
- Responding to service calls for water damage restoration
- Performing water extraction demolition and drying processes
- Setting up and monitoring drying equipment (air movers dehumidifiers)
- Documenting jobs with photos moisture readings and notes
- Following SERVPRO production guidelines and safety standards
- Communicating clearly with customers and office staff
- Maintaining a clean organized job site and vehicle
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform production processes as directed
- Inventory and load/unload job site equipment
- Ensure clear communication with customers throughout the job
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown
- Leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance
Job Requirements
- Previous restoration construction or labor experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work in confined spaces heights and various environments
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work overtime and participate in on-call rotation
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using mobile apps/technology for documentation
Normal Working Hours Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position working 7:30am5:00pm MondayFriday with additional hours required based on business needs. On-call rotation required. Travel is primarily local.
Pay Rate
$18 $23/hour based on experience with overtime and bonus potential
