What Youll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager youll operate in a role managing key accounts and driving territory growth. Youll take full commercial ownership of your patch cross the Western Suburbs including Melbourne region building profitable relationships growing wallet share and unlocking new opportunities.
You will engage daily with a diverse range of trade customers including commercial painters volume builders and major key accounts leveraging strong selling capability commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills to convert opportunities into sustainable revenue. You will manage your territory as your own businessprocess-driven IT-savvy and disciplined in CRM usagewhile combining charisma strong relationship-building skills and practical problem-solving to consistently achieve sales and profit targets.

What Were Looking for:
- Experience in sales or B2B sales with exposure to the painting or construction industry considered an advantage but not essential.
- Proven experience in key account management with responsibility for major accounts and volume home customers while supporting business development activities across the Western Melbourne suburbs.
- Strong communication influencing and relationship-building skills with the organisational ability to prioritise key accounts and manage a high-value territory effectively.
- A proactive customer-focused mindset backed by a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
