About The Role

The Sales Negotiator role involves liaising with car dealers and traders to conclude the sale of vehicles via our online auction system.

What Youll Be Doing

• Negotiating sales with both Vendors and Buyers

• Sales progressing; ensuring all parties are kept up to date and informed in a timely manner

• Achieving daily/weekly and monthly sales targets
• Keeping accurate records of all activities undertaken using the admin tool
• Monitoring quality of vendor listings

What Were Looking For

This is a challenging target driven role and as such you will need to be highly self-motivated. You will have worked within a customer service or sales environment and have excellent telephone communication and sales skills.

You can effectively build relationships with both your customers and your colleagues and are both confident and comfortable when doing so.

You are highly driven and motivated to achieve and exceed any targets and you know what an exceptional customer experience looks like; always striving to exceed the expectations of your customers.

You will be highly organised and have good pc skills. It would be ideal if you have worked within a car sales or franchised dealer environment but not essential.
