Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up glue station machine adjusting for each job
Applies glue according to print.
Assembler poly parts according to La-Z-Boys quality requirements.
Inspect work visually for defects according to our quality standards
Use measurement tools to ensure accuracy
Accurately complete ticket process in system
Maintain parts storage and inventory on work order.
Ability to operate equipment in a safe accurate and efficient manner.
Continuous improvement of detailed jobs in gluing process.
Controlling quality and waste.
Demonstrates teamwork and motivation for job requirements.
Follow health and safety standards.
Maintain a clean work area.
Perform other tasks as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the above duties
Basic reading and writing skills
Ability to lift 5-15 pounds.
Ability to read basic blueprints.
Basic computer skills
Achieve performance standards
Excellent attendance; 2 points or less.

PREFERRED REQURMENTS:
Bilingual
