A well-respected hospital in Southern New Hampshire is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse to join its Float Pool. This is an outstanding opportunity for nurses who excel in fast-paced high-acuity environments and are looking to broaden their clinical skills while enjoying a rewarding travel assignment.
In this role you will care for patients across various units including med/surg telemetry and PCU.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe compassionate and evidence-based nursing care across Med/Surg Telemetry and PCU units
Monitor patient conditions including cardiac rhythms and changes in acuity
Administer medications treatments and IV therapies per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
Accurately document patient assessments interventions and outcomes
Respond effectively to emergency situations and escalating patient needs
Qualifications
BSN required
Active RN license
1 year of recent PCU Med/Surg or Telemetry experience required
3 years of total nursing experience preferred
Prior travel nursing experience preferred but not required
Assignment Details
13-week travel contract with potential for extension
Night shift: 3x12-hour or 4x12-hour shifts
Competitive all-inclusive pay rate
