Community Health System is the regions largest healthcare provider and Community Regional Medical Center serves as the flagship hospital delivering advancedmission drivencare to Central California. The Nuclear Medicine Tech I practices at a fully independent level supporting ahighacuityimaging environment through technicalexpertise soundjudgmentand collaboration with Nuclear Medicine Physicians. This role is embedded within a multidisciplinary team committed to diagnostic accuracy patientsafetyand continuous quality improvement.

You will independently perform nuclear medicine procedures including preparing compoundingadministeringand qualitytesting radiopharmaceuticals in compliance with regulatory standards. You will ensure highquality imaging throughaccuratepatient identificationappropriate examselection properpositioningand protocol completion whilemaintaininga safe and compliant environment through adherence to aseptic technique medicationadministration standards radiation safety practices equipment maintenancerequirementsand precise documentation.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
MINIMUM REQUIRED: Graduate from an approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program or Associates degree in related field.

*Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. While experience is preferred we welcome and encourage applications from new graduates and provide training for candidates without prior experience.*


Licenses and Certifications
MINIMUM REQUIRED: Current BLS certification.
California State Department of Health Services certificate as Certified Technologist Nuclear Medicine all scopes including venipuncture.
