Job Summary
Description of the role:
Phillips Chevrolet is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Porter Supervisor to join our team at Phillips Chevrolet of Frankfort. The Porter Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the Porter department and ensuring all porter duties are carried out efficiently. Both morning and afternoon shifts are required. Monday-Saturday 7am- 3pm or 1pm-8pm with 1 day off during the week and Sundays off.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the afternoon porter team
- Assign tasks and ensure completion of duties
- Inspect vehicles and service areas for cleanliness and compliance
- Train new porters and provide ongoing support
Requirements:
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation of $17.00 per hour
