We are looking for fearless students who are ready to take on a challenge.

The Under Armour Rookie Program Internship is designed to give you the opportunity to learn grow and work on real business challenges. As a Rookie you will be trusted with a strategic project that challenges you to think critically collaborate crossfunctionally and create impact.

Are You The Next Rookie

• Enrolled in a Dutch college or university (Bachelors or Masters) for the full duration of the internship (September 2026 June 2027)
• Hold EU citizenship OR are a nonEU student studying in the Netherlands
• Internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum
• Humble and hungry with a strong willingness to learn

As an Influencer Marketing Rookie:

Influencer marketing is a growing priority within Under Armour driving brand love and product desirability across key categories. As an Influencer Marketing Rookie you will support the execution and ongoing improvement of our always on influencer program across Football Sportswear Training and Running gaining hands on experience within a global sports brand while contributing to real category marketing impact.

Your Impact

As an Influencer Marketing Rookie you will support both the execution and evolution of influencer marketing initiatives across categories. By the end of the program you will have contributed to the smooth delivery of campaigns stronger creator alignment and insight driven performance tracking.
Support execution of the always on influencer program across Football Sportswear Run and Train
Assist Category Marketing Managers in the day to day management of the influencer agency
Support the development of ideal creator profiles per category using consumer insights and platform research
Help track creator trends across sports fitness and lifestyle content
Support seasonal product ordering gifting and fulfilment for influencers
Assist in writing clear influencer creative briefs aligned with category narratives
Support campaign coordination and execution in partnership with the agency
Contribute to monthly performance reporting tracking KPIs and key learnings

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated and curious student who is eager to learn and contribute within a fast paced marketing environment.
Student enrolled in Marketing Brand Management Communications or related field (sports or fashion focus is a plus)
Strong interest in sportswear and football; affinity with running or training is an advantage
Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals
Highly familiar with social platforms such as Instagram TikTok YouTube Snapchat (and emerging creator platforms)
Interest in creator culture and awareness of trends across sport lifestyle and fitness categories
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with data spreadsheets and basic performance metrics
Nice to have: any experience with influencer marketing social media content creation or marketing projects (academic or extracurricular)

• Location: Amsterdam
• Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule requiring 4 days in-office per week.
