Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate must be confident in circulating and managing a wide range of L&D cases in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients and newborns
• Assist in deliveries and surgical procedures including circulating when required
• Monitor maternal and fetal conditions and respond appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC
• Adhere to all clinical safety and compliance protocols

Requirements (Mandatory No Exceptions):

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Must be able to circulate
• All required certifications must be in hand at submission
• Active California RN License (no pending licenses accepted)

Certifications Required:

• BLS
• ACLS
• NRP
• AWHONN Intermediate (required)
• AWHONN Advanced (preferred)

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in large hospital settings highly preferred
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront
• Local radius: 50 miles
