First Mile Operations Area Mgr, ATS

Were seeking an Area Manager to join our dynamic Delivery stations. Our First Mile stations are responsible for sellers pickup connecting the shipments to different nodes to assure customer promise achieved. Theyre also where we developed our industry-leading workflows. Our teams stow deliveries pick products package them up and ship them out: each of these groups have played their part in taking us where we are these facilities were building the future of customer service as we work towards becoming Earths most customer-centric company. This is your chance to make history with us. About the role: Youll be responsible as a manager for one of the main teams in DS: receive debrief check assign returns or ship. Along with your peers youll ensure that all workflows run smoothly and that customer expectations are met if not exceeded. While you achieve this youll ensure motivation engagement and performance: - Youll need to safeguard your teams safety promoting Amazons Health and Safety standards - Youll lead cross-functional teams tasked with solving operational problems - Youll uphold Amazons high standards of process quality - Youll maintain inventory accuracy - Youll strive to improve and streamline processes - Youll become a subject matter expert on larger FC/DS processes and activities - Youll actively share and promote best practices with your colleagues and network

Key job responsibilities
- Lead First Mile Operations in Egypt assuring best seller/customer experience through monitoring different KPIs e.g. (DEA FDPS & C-Ret )
- Ensure safe work environment for our AAs & customers
- Collaborate with different stakeholder WHS account manager external fulfilment finance & PXT
- Performance management for a structure of supervisors & AAs in different locations
- Process improvement & sites integrity
- Build First Mile strategy & network expansion
- Shift & lift best practices from different markets & also share EG best practices to support their development.

- 1 years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent or 2 years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays

- 1 years of performance metrics process improvement or lean techniques experience
