We are looking for fearless students who are ready to take on a challenge.

The Under Armour Rookie Program Internship is designed to give you the opportunity to learn grow and work on real business challenges. As a Rookie you will be trusted with a strategic project that challenges you to think critically collaborate crossfunctionally and create impact.

Are You The Next Rookie

• Enrolled in a Dutch college or university (Bachelors or Masters) for the full duration of the internship (September 2026 June 2027)
• Hold EU citizenship OR are a nonEU student studying in the Netherlands
• Internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum
• Humble and hungry with a strong willingness to learn

As a QA Rookie:

• QA AI Based Process Improvement and Automation: You will have the opportunity to leverage AI for QA Automation and increase the efficiency of daily QA activities/processes by implementing QA Automation practices into the QA processes making this more error-proof and less time consuming.
• You will be responsible for attending agile ceremonies get QA tasks from the scrum board own the testing process of your responsibility area prepare test cases if needed execute the test cases report the issues and verify the testing scope clearly defined and executed

Your Impact

You analyze the current QA processes in the scrum teams and find the pain points suggest the improvement actions take the initiative to implement the POC for the suggested improvements organize review meetings and collect feedbacks
You participate in multiple cross functional product development teams and scrum ceremonies
You create defects related to issues that you found during test execution period
You define the testing scope of the tickets that are assigned to you
You partner closely with cross-functional teams (Product Design Engineering Delivery etc.) to proactively identify and manage QA dependencies scope and acceptance criteria
You deeply understand user flows in the apps and website
You take an initiative to chase down answers and actively participate in Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-Ups Sprint Planning Retrospectives and Sprint Reviews and Demos for your teams
You coordinate keeping project artifacts up to date in UA business systems like Confluence and JIRA
You escalate issues and impacts to delivery timelines and work proactively with teams to remove barriers to project execution

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor or masters program in digital computer science or related field.
• Basic knowledge of agile principles and scrum processes
• Basic knowledge in performing root cause change impact and risk-based test analysis

Workplace Location

• Location: Amsterdam
• Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule requiring 4 days in-office per week.
