The Team:
The Business Intelligence (BI) teamis responsible forbuilding andoperatingthe infrastructure that powers BI data workflows automation and operational services. The team works across Azure and AWS environments focusing on CI/CD automation and scalable platform engineering. It values reliability security and an automation-first mindset to support data-driven decision-making.

This role is critical in ensuring that BI infrastructure is reliable automated and scalable enabling seamless data workflows and analytics. By building robust CI/CD pipelines automation scripts and cloud infrastructure the role directly improves operational efficiency system resilience and data availability for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions ensuring stable repeatable and auditable deployments across environments.
Manage source control workflows (Azure DevOps Repos GitHub) including branching strategies pull requests and code quality standards.
Develop andmaintainautomation scripts (Python and PowerShell) covering validations provisioning integrations logging error handling and operational controls.
Design provision andoperatecloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS includingcompute networking IAM/security storage and monitoring.
Ensure operational excellence through monitoring alerting incident response performance tuning reliability improvements and secure engineering practices (secrets management least privilege access).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams produce documentation (runbooks SOPs architecture diagrams) and translate requirements into technical implementations with testing and support models.

Technical Skills / Qualifications:
Strong experience in infrastructure/DevOps/platform engineering with Azure (required) and AWS (preferred).
Hands-onexpertisewith Azure DevOps Repos/Pipelines and GitHub Repos/GitHub Actions.
Strong scripting experience in Python and PowerShell including automation API integrations logging and maintainability.
Solid understanding of infrastructure operations: configuration management deployment strategies rollback patterns and environment promotion.
Soft Skills:
Strong troubleshooting skills across CI/CD cloud services and runtime systems.
Automation-first mindset with focus on reducing manual effort.
Systems thinking (scalability reliability security maintainability).
Clear communication and documentation skills.
