• Learn to assign coordinate and perform work activities on restoration projects to meet service needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support and supervise Restoration Technicians communicating clear expectations and maintaining quality control
• Assist in identifying safety hazards and implementing proper safety measures
• Document detailed and accurate job files to support services provided
• Help manage labor materials and equipment to ensure efficient project execution
• Perform vehicle equipment and facility maintenance as assigned
• Continue developing restoration expertise including equipment cleaning products and industry standards
• Provide excellent customer service as a frontline representative of our brand

• High school diploma/GED
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning restoration or construction (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a customerfocused mindset
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting up to 50 lbs regularly working in tight spaces climbing ladders etc.)
• Willingness to work extended hours including some evenings and weekends
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• IICRC certifications are a plus
